Simply Pretty Long Lash or Gravity Free? Match the mascara to the brush
Two black mascaras can have the same pack size and still be different products. In the Philippine Simply Pretty range, Long Lash Waterproof and Gravity Free both appear as 7 g packs. The useful starting point is the full name and product code, followed by the brush description. Neither a matching price nor a similar purple or blue tube makes them interchangeable.

What the descriptions actually tell you
Avon Philippines describes Long Lash as a lengthening and separating mascara with a skinny wire brush. Gravity Free is described around lift, curl and a fanned-out appearance, with an elastomer brush. These are the manufacturer's descriptions, not results from our own wear test. They give you two different starting points: separation and length, or lift and a lighter-feeling finish. They do not establish which one will last longer on your lashes.
The wording about water also needs care. Waterproof is part of Long Lash's product name, while its official description uses water-resistant wording. The May catalogue describes Gravity Free as water resistant. We would not turn either phrase into a promise about swimming, tears or all-day wear. Check the instructions on the actual pack instead of assuming that every Simply Pretty mascara has the same formula or removal method.
A dated price example, not today's offer
Page 66 of the May 2026 Philippine brochure shows Long Lash and Gravity Free at P219 each, alongside Total Curl in the same offer. Their printed regular prices are P269. For that particular example, P219 divided by 7 g is about P31.29 per gram for either product, so price per gram would not distinguish the two. The May offer has expired; this calculation is a way to read an old brochure, not a quotation for an order placed now.
Clear Mascara is a separate item on the same page: code 1502077, 8 g, with a different printed offer. Its larger number of grams does not make it the same black mascara at better value. Total Curl is also separately named, with code 1502078. Read the numbered product label before carrying a nearby price across to another tube.
An example of a useful order note
Write down "Simply Pretty Long Lash Waterproof, Black, 1502067, 7 g" or "Simply Pretty Gravity Free, Black, 1515277, 7 g". Then ask the seller to confirm the current Philippine listing, price and availability for that exact code. A note saying only "Simply Pretty black mascara" leaves several products open to interpretation. If a replacement is suggested, compare its name and code rather than accepting a similar-looking tube as proof that it is identical.
Choose the description that matches the result you are looking for, but keep expectations separate from evidence. This guide identifies the two products and the printed offer boundaries; it does not rank irritation risk, test smudging, or claim that one brush works best for everyone.
