Missing or wrong Avon item? A checking guide for Philippine representatives
A customer says a lipstick is missing, or the box contains a different shade. Before promising a replacement or submitting another order, separate three things: what the customer requested, what you actually ordered and what arrived. This independent checklist helps you describe the difference clearly. It is not Avon's official claims procedure and does not establish a refund, replacement or reporting deadline.
1. Compare the request, order and parcel
Put the customer's confirmed list beside the submitted order record and the documents supplied with the parcel. Match the full product code, shade, size and quantity, not just the range name. Count each customer's items separately before dividing a combined delivery. A product shown in a brochure is not evidence that it was included in a particular order.
- Requested but not on the submitted order: first investigate the difference in your own ordering record. Do not describe it as a warehouse shortage before checking.
- On the order but not in this parcel: check the recorded status and any accompanying information. Ask the supplying channel whether the item was omitted, unavailable or handled separately; do not assume one explanation.
- A different code or shade arrived: record both the expected and received codes. A similar colour name or bottle shape does not confirm a match.
2. Prepare one clear evidence note
Keep the order reference, order and receipt dates, product code, expected quantity and received quantity together. Photograph the relevant product label and parcel documents, and keep the original packaging while asking what is needed. Describe visible damage without guessing its cause. Avoid opening or using a disputed cosmetic just to test whether it is “close enough”.
Use private, verified support channels for account or order information. Do not post a customer's address, phone number or full invoice in a public group, and do not send a password or one-time code. When a photograph contains unrelated customers' details, prepare a redacted copy for the initial enquiry and retain the original privately.
3. Send a question that support can investigate
Avon Philippines provides an official contact page and a branch locator. Start there, or use the verified channel that supplied the order. Public guidance may differ from the instructions applicable to your account or fulfilment channel. Ask which procedure, documents and deadline apply to this particular case rather than importing a rule from another country.
Subject: Item discrepancy in order [reference]. Received on [date]. Expected: [name, code, shade/size], quantity [number]. Received: [name/code or none], quantity [number]. I checked the submitted order and parcel documents. Please confirm the item status and the correct next step, including any required evidence and reporting deadline. Photos are available through your verified channel.
This is an editable example, not an official Avon form. Keep the reply and case reference with the same note. If you follow up, include that reference and explain what remains unanswered instead of opening several unrelated conversations about the same parcel.
4. Give the customer a factual update
I have recorded the difference for [item] and am checking it with the supplying channel. I will update you by [time I can commit to]. I have not yet received confirmation of a replacement, refund or delivery date. I will check with you before suggesting a different product.
Promise an update you control, not an outcome you cannot confirm. Once you receive instructions, record the agreed action and tell the customer what is confirmed and what is still pending. If a new order is proposed, clarify its cost and who is placing it before proceeding; do not silently substitute a shade or duplicate an order.

Sources and scope
Checked 20 October 2026: Avon Philippines contact page and official branch locator. These identify official routes for assistance; they do not substantiate a universal claims deadline or entitlement. The checklist and message examples above are our independent organisational guidance. No customer records or personal product tests were used.
For identifying a product in an older issue, see the Avon Philippines: July 2026 archive. Its cover dates are 1–31 July 2026. The offers have expired, and the brochure cannot establish the status of a delivery. This site cannot access your Avon account or process a claim.
